Ongoing strategic planning is even more critical in these times of radical rapid change. Every 12-18 months it is important to know what is happening inside your company and what outside trends will be influencing how you work and serve your stakeholders. I will design and facilitate a strategic planning process that includes a organizational SOAR analysis to help your team assess your Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results so that your team has all the information it needs to establish vision for the long and short term and the overarching objectives and goals that will enable you to meet your organizational mission and make meaningful contributions to the bottom-line.

Due to limited availability, I request that you please cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment for a full refund. You may cancel by phone or online here If you have to cancel within 48 hours I do not offer a refund, but I can offer you a remote distance Tuning and Reiki Treatment at your scheduled time.
